The biggest reason why did I make this web site is just that I always wanted to make a web site dedicated to weight loss. I’ve spent a ton of time over the years seeking out all kinds of diet and workout information through magazines, web sites and forums, and the amount of useless, unnecessary, and just plain wrong information out there is just crazy. Don’t get me wrong, there is indeed some great free useful and truthful information out there. I just wanted to help add to it. In all honesty, that’s very much what this is. This website is sort of my “report back” on everything I’ve learned over the last few month. I even have first hand experience to back it up.
